After listening to Barrack Obama's masterful and eloquent tour de force engaging the enthralled denizens of the enlightened European masses, I am now prepared to cast my vote in his favor. I cannot recall from any recent events that a more dynamic and persuasive political leader will come this way again. The people of the world can ill afford to let such a talent languish in ignominy and it is our time to unleash this political talent for the benefit of the poor, the downtrodden, the truly needy and hapless occupants of this planet.
We cannot afford to wait as the travails of the world may become the sword of Damocles weighing the balance of our existence. No,now is our time to act.We Americans have been so self absorbed and greedy as to not realize the coming disaster that will befall us all.
We have reacted in our own self interests for too long. We have fought and died to liberate peoples around the globe only to subject them to a withering capitalism that sucks the social and moral fabric of the collective human spirit into the cesspool of individual rights and obligations, the right of freedom of choice,self determination, the greed and lust of capitol personal worth and all inherent evils of people who seek freedom as if were some benefit.
No, now is the time to pay back the world for the sins of our forefathers.I propose that all Americans join me now and unselfishly release Barrack Obama to serve as your President, The president of the European Union.
We selfishly assume as soon as he's cleaned up your mess he will come back to the U.S. a more accomplished and viable leader ready to clean up the muddle we have created over here. I make this proposal to heal the wounds that we have inflicted on your continent for butting in on your internal squabbles over the years.
I am truly sorry that you haven't seen it our way ever since and I hope this gesture will in some small way atone for all of our past transgressions. By the way there is no time table to return him. Keep him as long as you like. We'll just have to suck it up in the meantime. Rumor has it there's still some dummies out there that still yearn for freedom and I guess we can still keep busy prattling and meddling in other's affairs for our amusement. As of June 10,2008 you no longer have to repeat the 8 hour CCW class if your permit has lapsed. You merely have to prove you have successfully taken the training and passed ,usually accomplished with a copy of your permit ,which can then be forwarded to DPS (with $45 fee).
